Healthy living with powerful central vacuum cleaning

F.A.Q.s

Why should homebuyers buy a VACUFLO Built-In Central Vacuum System?
A VACUFLO Central Vacuum system is a complete cleaning team. It is easy and convenient to keep a new home immaculate with VACUFLO. VACUFLO Systems do not have any bags to change and since the unit can be exhausted to the exterior, dirt and odors are never recirculated into the home - keeping the home dust free and healthier.

How does the power of a central vacuum compare to an upright or canister vac?
A typical central vacuum system has up to 5 times more suction than a portable.

How does VACUFLO compare to other central vacuums?
VACUFLO uses patented Cyclonic Filtration Technology to force 96-98% of vacuumed dirt directly into the canister. The remaining fine dust particles are either vented outside or captured in a filter catridge when venting isn't possible or desired. No bags are used in either VACUFLO True Cyclonic or Filtered Cyclonic models. With the competitor's inverted bag system, cleaning performance diminishes rapidly as the cloth bag becomes clogged with dirt. The inverted bag must be manually cleaned to help performance levels. Airflow forces 100% of all vacuumed dirt directly against the inverted cloth filter bag - no potential and diminished vacuum power. Debris doesn't fall from the inverted bag until the system is turned off. This helps to unclog the bag, but a dirt film remains - reducing original performance.

What cleaning advantages does VACUFLO offer?
VACUFLO is a complete cleaning team. You can easily clean all floor surfaces including all carpets, hard wood and tile floors. In addition you will be able to easily dust window treatments, lamp shades, fixtures and even mini blinds. For even more convenience, an inlet valve can be located in the garage so vacuuming your car, golf cart and work areas is easier than ever before.

Where does the dirt go?
With the VACUFLO Cyclonic Cleaning System dirt is collected in our "see through" dirt canister. This canister is lightweight and designed for easy on/off and needs emptied only two to three times a year.

Do I need an inlet valve installed in every room?
No, inlet valves are strategically located through-out the home for your cleaning convenience. Most homes only require four or five inlets depending on home size.

How does a VACUFLO Central Vacuum System work?
VACUFLO simply transports all vacuumed dirt and dust particles through a network of in-wall tubing to the power unit. For maximum cleaning convenience and whole-house coverage, inlet valves are strategically placed throughout the home. To ensure the cleanest and quietest living areas, the power unit is located in a remote area, typically in the basement, garage, crawl space of utility room.

Can the VACUFLO system be used on more than carpets?
VACUFLO is a Whole-House Cleaning System, offering a range of versatile attachments for all carpet types and hard-surface flooring (wood, tile, marble, vinyl) to upholstery and drapery. These attachments make cleaning easy and convenient on all surfaces.
